Tierra Blanca Ranch ended too soon. You know how when you wish you
could go back to something after its gone... well thats how I feel
about the ranch. It was the most fun I have ever had (even though at
times I hated it with a full heart). Definitely the best experience
in my life so far. I learned more in the 19 months that I was there
than I did growing up. Clyde became like a father to me, and I
became a critical gun fanatic. This "Ranch" has shaped not only my
life in a positive way, but I've seen with my own eyes, the molding
of many young men throughout my stay at Tierra Blanca. When I showed up with Scott and Clyde Chandler from Pleasanton
California; I refused to eat a hamburger because a fly had landed on
it. This is a common joke about the ranch but its true. I was a
spoiled pampered brat. When I left, I was a good shot.
Only weeks after leaving the ranch, I became paralyzed in a dirtbike
accident. This was a huge life-change. I moved back to California
for Rehab and was living with my mother again. 2 years later after
the accident; I live in my own apartment and go to school for
welding while working full time as a customer service
representative. I live every day to the fullest and credit the ranch
for instilling many valuable morals to my ethics. If I had the
chance , I would go back to live @ Tierra Blanca Ranch in a single
Heart Beat.
